quality green tripe.
Tripett products are made from pure green tripe taken from the highest quality human grade sources and mirror what our pets' wild counterparts instinctively feed on. Green tripe (Green simply means the tripe is pure and unbleached) contains the partially digested grasses in animals’ stomach and is rich in digestive enzymes, gastric juices, taurine, amino acids and essential fatty acids which are important to all aspects of your pets’ health. In green tripe, all of these nutrients occur naturally and make them more valuable to your pet than they would be if they were to be derived from extracted sources.

We use no preservatives, no additives, no filler or artificial ingredients. Our cans are pure meat.
Tripett is excellent for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes , whether they are the family pet, or the Blue Ribbon Champion of a National Dog Show. Also, Tripett has been a cure for picky eaters, sensitive stomach, colitis, skin problems and more. When feeding Tripett, coat conditions flourish, puppies grow up healthy and strong while older dogs are rejuvenated.
Give your pet a true taste of wild!
Why tripe?
Just like their wild counterparts, domestic dogs and cats have an instinctive desire to eat the nutrient-rich stomach and stomach-contents of other animals. Tripe is the healthiest natural ingredient available and provides many benefits to overall health and appearance. Dogs love the taste and the palatability is excellent.
In green tripe the same tripe I can find in the grocery store?
No. Unlike tripe find in the grocery store, green tripe has not been bleached or processed for human consumption. By leaving it “green”, tripe retains all the naturally occurring digestive enzymes , gastric juices, essential fatty acids and other important nutrients absorbed in the partially digested grasses in the animal’s stomach.
Is it cooked?
We start with raw green tripe, but the canning process uses heat. Therefore, Tripett is technically cooked. However, lab tests on the final product show that the beneficial nutrients have been retained after the canning process.
Why my doggie’s poopoo is so watery always?
The problem may be attributed to the lack of “good intestinal bacteria” in the dog’s digestive system. Every animal, including humans, needs bacteria in their digestive guts. These “good intestinal bacteria” do not cause illnesses but help us maintain healthy guts and colons. An intestinal tract devoid of friendly intestinal bacteria is breeding ground for future illness including but not limited to watery faeces and easy diarrhea.
My doggie vomits so frequently… what should I do?
It is also a signal of digestive problem which may be easily resolved by taking the necessary digestive enzymes and/or probiotics.
Why Tripett has such a strong smell? Does it mean something wrong?
The smell is mainly because tripe contains strong stomach juices and partially fermented stomach contents, it does give off a strong smell, but your pets love it!
Any unused portion of Tripett should be stored in a tightly sealed container and refrigerated.
I only feed dry and don’t feed canned foods. Why should I use Tripett?
Tripett is intended to be mixed with dry or raw food and is canned for convenience only. Don’t think of it as just any canned food that replaces your current feeding program. Think of it as the most convenient method to serve green tripe. The can just happens to be the container. Buying it frozen and serving it raw is much more tedious and messy.
How to feed?
We recommend that Tripett is used everyday and supplemented with a quality dry or raw food.
My dog is allergies. Is Tripett ok?
Tripett contains very few ingredients. Most other foods contain a long list of ingredients. Some of which your pet may be allergic to. Most allergic pets have reactions to corn, rice, soy or wheat. Very likely your dog or cat is not allergic to tripe. For dogs that have beef allergies, you can feed our New Zealand Lamb or Venison Tripe.
My pet is really picky. How should I try Tripett?
Start with small amounts of Tripett either by itself or mixed with your regular dry food. Your pet should take Tripett right awat.
Where do you get the green tripe?
Our beef tripe comes only from cattle raised for human consumption and is taken from federally inspected plants. Our lamb tripe come from lamb raised and fed on the grasslands of New Zealand for human consumption.
